Privacy Policy
1. Your personal data is safe with us. Français VIP will not sell or share any of your data.
2. Français VIP will not send to your e-mail address any kind of spam or ads or any kind of mass info or malware.
3. Agreement and Acceptance: Once you register with us, you fully agree and accept our Privacy Policy (described here) and our Payment Policy (also described on the next tab).

Wait for the tutor's contact. Ask for your Level Test. Any doubts about lessons, methods, payments, fees, canceling or rescheduling, must br solved between you and the teacher before you take your Test and before you make any payment.
2. Schedule your classes directly with the teacher. She will inform you about the prices and will ask for your payment.
3. Pay through the payment buttons below. By making any payment to Français VIP you fully agree and accept our Payment Policy, decribed below.
4. Wait for the teacher's contact confirming that the payment has been successfully concluded.
5. That's it! Enjoy your lessons!

*Fees for Reviews, Non-regular Special Courses (Conversation - Immersion and Coaching) and Other Services are personalized according to each demand. Please contact us for details. For this kind of service, an invoice will to be sent for your e-mail, then you will be able to make the payment.
1. Payment Request: do NOT make any payment without have been requested before. The teacher will ask for your payment at the right time.
2. Refunds: we do NOT make any refunds.
3. Rescheduling: you can reschedule a lesson, since the teacher has been previously notified at least 24 hours before the original time scheduled to that lesson. We accept up to two rescheduled lessons per month, free of charges. From the third rescheduled lesson on (at the same month), the lesson is going to be understood like a canceled lesson and a charge is going to be applied for rescheduling it. The referred fee is the full price of an Single Lesson. One-Off Lessons will NOT be rescheduled for free and will NOT be refund.
4. Canceling: canceled lessons will not be refund or rescheduled, unless the student pay a charge for rescheduling. The referred fee is the full price of a Single Lesson.
5. No-Show: the lesson in which the student does not show up without previously notifying the teacher at least 24 hours before the time scheduled, will be understood like a canceled lesson and will not be rescheduled, unless the student pay a charge of a Single Lesson.
6. Level Tests: the tests are free, but NOT reschedulable. If the you ask for rescheduling your test, a fee will be applied.
7. Monthly Payments: all regular students must pay monthly, unless they pay per semester. Monthly payments can be done until the 5th workday of each month. The lessons are paid previously the lessons are taken. For example, if you pay at 1st July, you will have the right of having your lessons during all July of that year; and you will have to pay again at 1st August to have your classes during all August of that year. If you fail the payment of the month, your lessons will NOT be provided until you pay for this same month, and a charge might be applied.
8. Semesterly Payments: if you prefer, you (regular student) can pay per semester. In this case, you will be granted 10% OFF the regular monthly fee (already included in the payment button), and this will be your only special concession. All the rules (canceling, rescheduling, refunding, etc) will be applied for you as they are for all the other regular students.
9. Any other situations, different from the described above, must be discussed with the teacher before you take the Level Test or pay for any service or lesson.
10. Acceptance and Agreement: once you register with us or make any payment for any lesson, course or service, you fully agree and accept the Privacy Policy (described on the previous tab) and this Payment Policy. Any discordance will NOT be accepted. So, if you have any doubts or need any special concession, please contact us BEFORE registering or paying for any service provided by Français VIP.
